Why I Wrote Super Church 2.0 Curriculum
There are three things that the Lord instructed us to do with Super Church 2.0 curriculum:
1. Make It Fun
I believe church should be the most exciting place to be for a kid. The church I grew up in made little effort to make church fun for children. Super Church 2.0 is packed full of exciting, fun material to make church the place kids want to be at. We have incorporated fun into the Drama Skits, Motion Comics and Short Films. The Inter-Active Object Lessons involve the kid’s interaction in each lesson involving them in the fun.
2. Pentecostal Curriculum
The Lord instructed us to emphasize Charismatic and Pentecostal doctrine. Of course, we teach fundamentals doctrine like the Blood of Jesus and the Cross. We just don’t stop at the Cross, we go on to Pentecost. The primary purpose of Super Church 2.0 is to lead children to salvation, and allow them to experience the power of the Holy Spirit.
3. Abundance of Material
Super Church 2.0 is designed to last for 60-90 minutes, and is jam packed with material. We have included in your curriculum package, cutting edge media tools you can use to teach powerful truths to children in a humorous way. The Short Film, Motion Comic, "The Adventures of the Masked Hero" and the Digital Review Questions all focus on the central truth, but are another method to teach.
Super Church 2.0 media is meant to enhance the "live" teaching, not be a substitute for "live" teaching. We believe it is important that the few hours we have with our kids not be spent with a DVD doing all the teaching.

Large Group Curriculum
- Super Church has a depth of teaching of the Word of God and gives kids a powerful experience.
- Large Group each week includes a detailed Lesson, 2 great Object Lessons, a humorous Drama Skit, Adventures of the Masked Hero (motion comic), Short Film, Digital Review Questions, Lesson Schedule, and Prop List.
Small Group Curriculum
- Each week there is a curriculum specifically designed for Small Group Leaders.
- Small Groups provide a way to train volunteers and it is a great way for kids to make friends at church.
- Small Group Curriculum includes: Pre-Service Activities, the Bible Story, an Object Lesson, and Activity Page.
Home Discipleship
- Each week there is a Home Discipleship curriculum called the "Special Edition."
- The "Special Edition" is a great way to reach Mom & Dad - it gives them the tools they can use at home.
- Each "Special Edition" includes the Bottom Line, Memory Verse, Bible Story and an Object Lesson that parents can do with their kids at home.
Short Films
- Each Short Film illustrates a powerful message in a humorous way.
- They offer real life application, strategically created to reinforce the bottom line in your lesson.
- Guaranteed to give you a good laugh at the same time.

Motion Comic
- Each week The Adventures of the Masked Hero is a new adventure that takes Johnny on a zany adventure through his imagination.
- When Johnny puts on his cape and bandana, he becomes the Masked Hero.

Digital Review
- The Large Group ends with a review of the lesson, this is another great way to engage your kids.
- We have prepared five review questions for each lesson, using the characters from the "Adventures of the Masked Hero.
- I have found that the Digital Review is a great way for group participation. The kids get really excited about review when I have made it a game.
